I offer in-studio sessions by appointment only on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Hours vary depending on the day/week, but generally speaking earliest sessions begin at 9:30am and latest sessions 5:45 pm. Please text/email to schedule.

Massage & Movement conveniently accepts checks, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa,, American Express & Discover) Venmo, personal checks and cash (change not provided). Payment is due at time of service. (Gratuity is included in pricing, additional tipping is not necessary)

Life happens! In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact Michele by phone, email or text message at least 24 hours prior to your massage. There is no charge for cancellations or rescheduled appointments with 24 hour notice. Cancellations outside this time frame, may be required to pay 50% of the session cost as booked before you can schedule another session. Missed appointments/no-shows, will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment, and pre-payment in full to schedule future sessions.
