What are your days/hours of availability?

I offer in-studio sessions weekdays at Body Balance Yoga & Fitness (370 McLaws Circle), and at my Toano studio located at 7845 Richmond Road, Suite 5 (directly next to the Williamsburg Pilates Studio) Hours vary depending on the day/week and location, but generally speaking my earliest sessions begin at 9:30am and the latest sessions at 5pm. All sessions are by appointment only, please text or email to schedule.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Massage & Movement  conveniently accepts credit cards* (MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover), Venmo, local personal checks and cash (change not provided).  Payment is due at time of service. (Gratuity is included in the service amount, additional tipping is not necessary)

Question 3

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Life happens! 
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact Michele by phone, email or text message at least 24 hours prior to your massage. There is no charge for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with 24 hour notice as this allows me time to try to rebook the slot. 
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 25% of the session cost as booked. No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the session cost. An invoice will be emailed to you and payment must be received before scheduling another appointment. 
(Fees may be be waived in case of emergency, illness or severe weather. Please contact me directly to discuss potential exceptions)

I currently offer both private (one on one) sessions and group reformer classes at Williamsburg Pilates Studio. 
Introductory offers, pricing, group class times, and options to schedule a studio visit are available on their website.
You are also welcome to contact me directly if you have questions, or would like to check my availability for private sessions.  I'd love to hear from you!
